A uniform order has recently been placed with Voler, and Bob will let us know when it arrives. There is current inventory as well. Download a uniform order form to place an order. 06.24.2010 - The Northeast Velodrome in Londonderry, NH is starting a Super Sunday race series this week, and it is running throughout the summer. The track is run by a great bunch of people who have a real passion for the sport! They also hold structured workouts with a coach on Saturday mornings, and have several other open track times. The event was a huge success! Beginning next Tuesday at 5:45pm, and lasting for approximately 8 weeks, Shane Smith will be leading a "Tuesday base miles" ride out of Gus' Bike Shop in North Hampton. The ride will start out as a 60 minute ride, averaging approximately 18mph. The goal is try to keep the group together but s...ome riders may get dropped. Any questions? Friday, April 2nd was our 5th annual season Kick-off Party at the Timberland corporate headquarters in Stratham. We welcomed new members (we have a whole bunch!!), thanked our wonderful sponsors, enjoyed good food, had raffles and giveaways galore, and shared details of the great things in the works for the 2010 season. Bike to Work Day was on Friday, May 21, 2010. 03.10.2010 - There is an 8-week injury prevention and recovery workshop starting soon called Loose Hips, Long Legs & Speedy Feet: Swim, Bike and Run with Less Effort. It will be given by personal trainer Charlie Murdach. See Flyer for more info. 02.25.2010 - Now that the rehabilitation of the Memorial Bridge project, which was submitted jointly by the NH and Maine DOT for stimulus funding, was not chosen by the TIGER program, the ME/NH Connections Study process becomes that much more important. There will be a Public Meeting on 02.25.21010 at Portsmouth High School 5:30 – 8:00 PM. It is imperative as cyclists that we all stay involved in this ongoing process of public input. The failed TIGER Stimulus Memorial Bridge rehabilitation plan included a lightweight concrete surface for both the vehicular and sidewalk portions of the lift span that would vastly increase the safety for cyclists and pedestrians, as well as protecting the steel substructure from corrosion. 02.21.2010 - NorEasters (L to R) Tim Young, Larry Driscoll, Charlie Bourdages, Steve McGrath and Colin Berry enjoy a February group ride from Exeter Cycles.
